SEKA Limited was founded in 1995 by its Chairman Colin McCosh. Mr McCosh qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland with Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) in 1983. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Mr McCosh is a Freeman of the City of London and is currently the Golf Captain of the Worshipful Company of World Traders, a Livery Company based in the City of London.

SEKA Limited was formed as a result of the personal experience of its Directors, who realised that many companies – in all types of disciplines – wanting to enter new markets were faced with more risks than rewards. They were very often subjected to concluding agreements with local partners who promised the earth but delivered nothing! After disbursing considerable sums of money for travel, lodging, entertainment and the like, they were forced to pull out and lick their wounds...with a negative bottom line.

SEKA has a team of professionals specializing in various domains (previously industry leaders in their own right, whose combined experience spans many decades of international trading) whose expertise and in-depth market knowledge ensure that clients get the best service possible on a "fast track" from the outset of SEKA being mandated by them.
